Associate Software Engineer in Tests Poland

What youll be doing:

• Work closely with Product Managers Developers and QA alike in making sure that Software is delivered according to spec with good quality and on time! This includes:
• Review specs with PM DEV and Senior members of the QA Team
• Review features delivered with DEVs as well as adjustments made during development cycle
• Assist Senior members with Test Plan creation up front document test-cases automate end-to-end product flow
• Provide estimates required for feature testing deliver against those estimates and work within tight time constraints
• Cross-team communication is a big part of the job; hence understanding where team boundaries lie is important

Qualifications:

• 1 years experience in a technical role within IT sector
• Good understanding of Product development lifecycle and ability to demonstrate it during an interview
• Good problem solving skills and ability to demonstrate them during an interview
• Demonstrate understanding of what Definition of Done is and how the state of Done is enforced by Development and QA Processes
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of and/or experience of working with bug and task tracking systems preferred system of choice is Atlassian Jira
