Theyrelooking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to join their team in Warsaw andleadthe development of core data products within their Business Intelligence contract role offers the chance to drive meaningful change during a critical transformation period.

Position Overview

As Associate Product Manageryoulllead Product Management for Business Intelligence in the Commercial function. Your work will directly enhance customer understanding improveexperiencesand support datamonetisationinitiatives. Over the coming monthsyoullfocus on a critical BI transformationprogramme migrating from legacy systems to modern platforms while designing the future state of BI delivery. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy stakeholdermanagementand technical delivery giving you the opportunity to shape how data products are built and consumed across theorganisation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the migration plan from MicroStrategy to Power BI

  • Design features and landing pages for the new BI portal

  • Manage in-flight work and communicate changes effectively across teams

  • Capture andprioritisenew demand for future builds through discovery

  • Process demand through quarterly planning cycles and governance frameworks

  • Align diverse stakeholders around product vision and delivery priorities

  • Drive outcome-focused product management using agile delivery practices

  • Build clarity in ambiguous situations and make quick informed decisions

  • Contribute to and grow the internal product management community

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of product management experience

  • Strong people leadership skills with ability to inspire teams and create alignment

  • Proven experience in agile delivery productstrategyand engineering practices

  • Solid understanding of customer data AI/ML capabilities and data platforms

  • Experience with BI tools and platforms particularly Power BI

  • Clear communication skills to generate alignment across challenging scenarios

  • Self-starter mindset with strong judgement and ability to deliver in ambiguity

  • Technical curiosity with awareness of emerging data and technology trends

  • Track recordof holding teams accountable and driving results

  • Passion for building and contributing to product communities
