About the role

We are looking foranAssociateCloud Engineer (DevSecOps) to join our platform team and support the development of secure scalable and reliable cloud solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cloud technologies automation infrastructure and security practices while working alongside experienced engineers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud platform initiatives contribute to automation efforts and learn how security is embedded throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of security best practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle

• Contribute to automation initiatives across infrastructure CI/CD pipelines and security controls

• Assistin the design implementation and maintenance of secure delivery pipelines and paths to production

• Work closely with the Tech LeadPrincipal Engineer and engineering teams to support the platform in line with the infrastructure strategy

• Participate in reviewing existing automation solutions and helpidentifyopportunities for improvement

• Support the deployment maintenance and operation of IaaS PaaS and platform tooling capabilities

• Contribute to the development and adoption of platform standards best practices and documentation

• Assistwith platform support monitoring troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities

• Foundational understanding of DevOps principles and Agile/Scrum ways of working

• Basic knowledge ofDevSecOpsconcepts and security best practices within the software delivery lifecycle

• Exposure to Continuous Delivery practices and collaboration within cross-functional teams

• Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills

• Experience or academic exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitLab

• Familiarity with Jira or similar work management tools

• Basic experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts ideally using Terraform

• Some experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python Shell or Bash

• Exposure to cloud platforms preferably AWS or GCP

• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP DNS HTTPS TLS/SSL and SSH

• Awareness of security concepts and tools used in cloud environments

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such asDataDog Dynatrace or similar is an advantage

• Good communicationskills and ability to work effectively within a team

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
