Your mission
- Partner Management: Monitor and implement DSP policy changes; First point of contact for operational matters internally and externally
- Catalog & Release Management: Oversee releases ensure metadata accuracy manage compliance handle errors coordinate platform delivery and backend administration
- Claims & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve incoming claims efficiently and accurately across platforms
- Key Account Support: Support key accounts through meetings strategic oversight internal coordination and release assistance
- Artist & Label Onboarding: Guide artists and labels through the onboarding process address questions gather feedback and provide hands-on support
Your profile
- Youre based in Poland and interested in working as a freelancer
- Fluent in Polish and English German is a plus
- Experience in the music industry and a strong pulse on current trends
- High service orientation with the ability to understand artist needs and turn them into growth opportunities
- A collaborative spirit you actively contribute ideas and support the team
- Reliability initiative and the ability to handle diverse tasks independently
- A sharp eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Ideally an existing network in the music industry artists labels and/or DSPs
