Applications & Business Intelligence Lead
Job Summary
At Amplifon Poland were currently looking for an Applications & Business Intelligence Lead to join our team in Łódź.
In this role youll be responsible for the development maintenance and continuous improvement of business-critical applications and Business Intelligence solutions playing a key role in driving digital transformation optimizing business processes and implementing global IT standards and solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability performance and continuous improvement of business applications supporting the companys operations and retail network.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead the development and optimization of Business Intelligence reporting and data analytics solutions.
- Oversee system integrations process standardization and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide second-level support for local business applications and coordinate the resolution of critical incidents.
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate local initiatives and support the implementation of global IT projects and solutions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and collaborate with local regional and global stakeholders to ensure business continuity and successful project delivery.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Applications Business Intelligence or Data & Analytics.
- Experience delivering IT projects and partnering with business stakeholders in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of SQL reporting tools and data analysis.
- Experience managing and enhancing business applications and CRM/ERP systems preferably Oracle CRM & ERP.
- Good understanding of business processes system integrations and IT service management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Fluent English (minimum B2).
