AI Engineer

What would you be doing

Designs builds and deploys AI solutions (LLMs and traditional machine learning models) from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and integrating AI models (fine-tuning RAG ML pipelines)
• Deploying models to production and maintaining them (MLOps monitoring evaluation)
• Working with data: feature engineering data quality and dataset preparation

Qualifications :

What are we looking for

• Python and key libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow scikit-learn LangChain/LlamaIndex)
• LLM technologies: prompt engineering RAG fine-tuning embeddings vector databases (e.g. Qdrant pgvector)
• Traditional ML: supervised and unsupervised learning models evaluation and validation
• MLOps: containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) CI/CD MLflow model serving (vLLM Triton)
• SQL cloud platforms and/or on-premises infrastructure
• Independently delivers tasks within a defined solution architecture.
• English and Polish speaker.
