WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Engineering Computer Science Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 within Manufacturing
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in production environments - lead change and drive innovationProven ability to translate business challenges into digital/AI solutions (analytics automation optimization)
• Understanding of Digital Manufacturing architecture (OT / IT / AI / Cloud)
• Knowledge of agile delivery MVP development and experimentation approaches
• Familiarity with Operational Excellence quality productivity or maintenance domains
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• High adaptability and learning agility
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

• Drive ideation experimentation industrialization and large-scale adoption of digital solutions
• Ensure alignment with global Digital Engineering IT Tech teams and Digital Delivery Model
• Build sustainable digital and AI capabilities at local and regional level
• Define and evaluate digital and AI opportunities aligned with business priorities by leading Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoVs)Validate business impact technical feasibility and scalability using a fail fast learn fast approach
