The C2C CoE team at PwC Poland supports business managers from the initial idea stage through client negotiations all the way to the successful completion of a project. We help structure and organize managers work assess project profitability provide guidance in client interactions oversee documentation and track down forgotten contracts.
As an internal PwC team we ensure that collaborative work is allocated and charged fairly and that no one is left alone to navigate the maze of systems and procedures.
We are looking for:
Administrative and Financial Specialist
Your future role:
- Ensuring the accuracy of project accounting while continuously improving and automating financial processes
- Analyzing and registering project contracts with a strong focus on standardization automation and reducing manual work
- Issuing client invoices and credit notes as well as optimizing billing processes
- Supporting the collections process through report automation and data analysis
- Working with project and client documentation streamlining its circulation and registration using modern tools and technologies.
- Leveraging AI-powered solutions Excel and financial systems in day-to-day operational activities
- Collaborating with other departments to implement process improvements and enhance overall team efficiency.
Apply if you have:
- You demonstrate proficiency in using emerging technologies and AI-powered tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation information analysis content creation)
- You have experience in automating tasks and improving processes (e.g. using Excel formulas macros Power Automate or similar solutions)
- You have experience in a finance-related role
- You have an excellent command of English (C1) and at least a communicative level of Polish (B2)
- You have advanced Excel skills
- You possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail
- You are eager to identify implement and drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- You have outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- You are a collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills
- You take a proactive approach to your work you are open-minded self-driven and demonstrate initiative.
