Job Summary
For our financial department we are currently looking for Accounts Receivable Assistant

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsibility:
Customer accounts analyzes
Issuing invoices and credit notes
Bank statement processing
Creating and generating simple ad hoc reports
Execution of processes in AR keeping deadlines on the daily basis and during period-end closing
Timely and accurate processing of respective activities
Supporting senior Team members in daily tasks based on needs
Your Skills and Expertise:
You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details
You speak English to a communicative degree
You know MS Excel on a very good level
You would like to grow in one of the accounting departments and gain your first experience
French knowledge - nice to have
Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
Curiosity with openness to new technologies
Collaborative team player able to work cross-culturally
