Job Summary

We are a fast-growing Australian PropTech and FinTech company specialising in new and off-the-plan property. We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer based in the Philippines to join our remote team and work closely with our Australian operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain solutions across Zoho CRM Analytics Recruit and People
Build automations and integrations using Zoho Deluge
Write and optimise SQL queries
Troubleshoot systems and investigate data inconsistencies
Manage the software development lifecycle and deliver projects
Collaborate with Product Operations and other cross-functional teams
Continuously improve systems processes and customer outcomes

Requirements

Requirements

3 years relevant experience
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM Analytics Recruit and People
Proficient in Deluge and SQL
Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely with an international team

Preferred

5 years software development experience
Experience with Java JavaScript Python Rails or similar
Experience building APIs backend systems integrations or full-stack applications
Agile experience and strong ownership mindset
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field

Required Skills:

2 years in an IT support helpdesk or technology coordinator role ideally in a fast-moving SME startup or media/events environment Solid hands-on experience with Windows and Lenovo hardware you can configure a laptop from scratch in under an hour Working knowledge of cloud-first SaaS environments you are comfortable managing users and permissions across multiple platforms simultaneously Experience with Zoho suite (CRM Desk or similar) user management and basic admin Experience with VoIP phone systems Aircall or comparable AV setup and troubleshooting experience screens display connections webcams microphones and conference room tech Based in Sydney with genuine availability for occasional weekend events and team activities this is a real requirement not a formality Patient calm and responsive under pressure when a recording session is about to start and the audio is not working you fix it quickly and quietly
