Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Workflow Automation Engineer to design build and maintain automated workflows that improve operational efficiency. Youll connect systems tools and data sources to eliminate manual repetitive work.
Design and implement automated workflows across business and technical systems
Integrate third-party tools and APIs to streamline processes
Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities
Test monitor and maintain automations for reliability and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
Document automation logic and maintain a library of reusable workflows
2 years of experience in workflow automation integration or process engineering
Experience with automation platforms (n8n Zapier Make Power Automate etc.)
Understanding of APIs webhooks and data formats (JSON XML)
Basic scripting skills (JavaScript or Python)
Strong analytical and process-mapping abilities
Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into automated workflows
Familiarity with databases and data transformation
Background in business process analysis or operations
