Workday Technical Integration Specialist

As a Workday Integration Specialist reporting to Sr. Directory HRIS & Analytics youll play a critical role in designing and delivering Workday technology solutions that support Nasdaqs HR operations and global people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design build and maintain Workday integrations using Studio Cloud Connectors and EIB to deliver scalable high-quality solutions.

• Translate business requirements from HR stakeholders into robust Workday configurations reports and custom applications.

• Lead end-to-end testing for integrations including unit test case creation ensuring quality and adherence to SDLC standards.

• Develop custom reports dashboards and embedded analytics using Workdays reporting toolset to support data-driven decision-making.

• Partner with internal teams and leadership to manage technical delivery escalate risks and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday integration tools including Studio Cloud Connectors Web Services (REST/SOAP) XML and XSLT.

• 3 years of experience in Workday report writing including complex reports calculated fields dashboards and discovery boards.

• Strong knowledge of the Workday security model and experience working in both application development and production support environments.

• Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across global matrixed teams and align with US Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Workday with Greenhouse or similar platforms.

• Programming experience in languages such as Python or C.

• Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL.

This position will be located inBonifacio Global City Taguigand offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office (may increase to 3x a week).
