Workday Systems Senior Analyst

Overview:

The HRTS Expert serves as a subject matter authority for enterprise HR technology platforms within a global shared services environment. This role drives system optimization supports large-scale implementations and ensures HR applications effectively enable payroll talent performance and workforce management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as functional lead for HR systems managing configuration access governance security controls and integrations aligned with business requirements.
• Support end-to-end system lifecycle activities including enhancements upgrades and deployment of new platforms.
• Facilitate requirements gathering functional design and solution validation in partnership with HR and IT stakeholders.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) defect management and deployment readiness efforts.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for HR technology incidents and system-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and technology frameworks.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience including at least 1 year supporting HR systems.
• At least 2 years experience as a Functional or Business Analyst on enterprise-level projects within a global shared services model.
  

Core Competencies:

• Expertise in business process analysis data modeling functional design and testing methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow UKG and Workday (including Incident Change Request HR Case Asset and Service Catalog modules).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Effective facilitation presentation and communication capabilities.
• Highly organized deadline-driven and a collaborative team contributor.
