Workday Systems Analyst

Position Overview:

The Workday HCM Systems Analyst is responsible for the configuration administration and continuous optimization of enterprise HR technology solutions. Partnering with HR and cross-functional stakeholders this role ensures system integrity process efficiency and seamless support of core HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Workday implementations enhancements and system upgrades.
• Lead configuration testing documentation and post-deployment support activities.
• Administer key HCM modules including time tracking compensation benefits recruiting payroll and performance management.
• Manage user access security roles and system integrations in alignment with business requirements.
• Provide functional and technical troubleshooting expertise to resolve system issues.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
• Strong proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office tools.
• Detail-oriented self-directed and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
