Monitor Drupal security advisories daily and action patches within agreed SLA
Apply Drupal core and contributed module security updates promptly this is a non-negotiable responsibility
Perform regular site health checks: database optimisation cache management error log review
Maintain and test backup and restore procedures
Liaise with the hosting provider on infrastructure issues as needed
Document all patching activity with dates versions and outcomes
Scope estimate and build new features and pages directed by the Head of Marketing
Implement campaign landing pages forms and conversion elements (pop-ups sticky headers promo codes)
Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools including CRM analytics and tracking pixels
Support GTM and GA4 configuration for conversion tracking and split tests
Implement and iterate on A/B tests and CRO improvements
Manage all code changes via Git with clear commit messages and pull requests
Maintain content types Views fields and Drupal site-building configuration
Provide CMS guidance and documentation for internal team members
Troubleshoot content editor issues and platform bugs promptly
Attend weekly check-in calls with the Head of Marketing
Provide written updates on task progress blockers and estimates without needing to be asked
Log and update all work in ClickUp or
Raise risks or issues proactively surface problems early not after they become urgent
Requirements
3 years of hands-on Drupal development (Drupal 9 or 10 required)
Demonstrated recent experience applying Drupal core and module security patches
Strong PHP MySQL HTML CSS and JavaScript
Twig templating for custom theme development
Git version control and structured deployment workflows
Experience integrating third-party APIs
Clear written English communication updates estimates and issue escalation
Experience with managed Drupal hosting platforms (Acquia Pantheon or similar)
GTM and GA4 implementation and debugging
CRO tools such as Optimizely or VWO
Experience working directly with a marketing team rather than agency-to-agency
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
