Warehouse Supervisor

Role Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of their assigned warehouse located in Cavite ensuring that inventory is received stored and distributed correctly. As a full-time role the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers inventory planning and quality assurance implementing safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree graduate or equivalent work experience in logistics operations or supply chain management
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage warehouse workers and team members
• Excellent time management organizational and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems
• Knowledge of local and national laws related to warehouse operations and logistics
• Able to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Willing to work in Dasma - Cavite.
