Warehouse Inventory Senior Manager

The Warehouse Inventory Senior Manager is responsible for leading inventory management and control strategies across warehouse and distribution operations. The role ensures inventory accuracy operational efficiency compliance with company standards and continuous process improvement to support business and customer requirements.

The position works closely with warehouse operations supply chain logistics commercial and finance teams to optimize inventory performance and strengthen operational controls across the distribution network.

• Lead overall inventory management and control operations across warehouses and distribution centers
• Develop and implement inventory control policies procedures and operational standards
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective cycle counts stock takes reconciliations and audit controls
• Monitor inventory movement stock aging shrinkage and inventory health metrics
• Analyze inventory and operational data to identify risks trends and process improvement opportunities
• Partner with warehouse logistics and supply chain teams to support inventory planning and operational requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency accuracy and service levels
• Ensure compliance with internal controls regulatory requirements and company policies
• Lead coach and develop inventory and warehouse support teams
• Support warehouse systems enhancement automation and technology initiatives
• Prepare and present inventory and operational performance reports to leadership

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Engineering Business or related field
• 8 years of experience in inventory management warehouse operations or distribution operations
• At least 35 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
• Experience in retail FMCG logistics or high-volume distribution environments
• Strong leadership stakeholder management and operational planning skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in WMS ERP systems Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools
• Experience managing large-scale inventory operations and multi-site environments preferred
• Strong communication and team management skills
