Warehouse and Logistics Team Leader

Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a reliable and results-driven Warehouse and Logistics Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations inventory management and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will lead the operations team in ensuring efficient stock movement timely deliveries and smooth warehouse processes while maintaining productivity and operational accuracy.

• College Level or College Graduate
• With at least 24 years of experience in Warehouse Logistics or Team Leadership roles
• Experience in retail distribution supply chain or warehouse operations is preferred
• Knowledgeable in inventory management warehouse processes and logistics coordination
• Familiar with warehouse systems inventory monitoring and operational reporting
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

• Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations
• Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve productivity targets
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries stock transfers and inventory accuracy
• Ensure proper storage handling and organization of warehouse stocks
• Coordinate with delivery teams suppliers and internal departments
• Prepare operational and inventory reports as needed
• Implement warehouse safety standards and operational procedures
• Handle operational concerns and support staff training and development
• Ensure timely dispatch and accurate fulfillment of deliveries and orders
