Visa Supervisor (Travel & Tours) 14th 15th Month pay
Makati City On-site Monday to Friday

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Visa Supervisor to lead our visa processing team and ensure smooth accurate and compliant handling of visa applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills extensive knowledge of visa documentation and a passion for delivering excellent client service in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the visa processing team
• Review visa applications for accuracy completeness and compliance
• Ensure adherence to embassy and immigration requirements
• Handle escalations and resolve complex visa-related concerns
• Train mentor and support team members
• Monitor team productivity and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with embassies consulates and travel partners
• Maintain high standards of service quality and turnaround time

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in visa processing or the travel industry
• At least 12 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of visa procedures and documentation requirements
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
