We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Visa Operations Manager to lead and optimize our visa processing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire visa department ensuring operational excellence compliance with international visa regulations and delivering exceptional service to clients and partners.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive experience in visa processing team management and travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end visa processing operations and departmental workflow
• Develop implement and improve visa policies procedures and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with embassy consular and international visa requirements
• Lead and manage supervisors team leaders and visa processing staff
• Analyze operational performance metrics and drive process improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with embassies consulates and external partners
• Handle complex client concerns escalations and strategic operational planning
• Ensure high levels of accuracy efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 58 years of experience in visa processing travel operations or travel management
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations
• Strong knowledge of global visa requirements and documentation processes
• Excellent decision-making organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
