Mediix Recruitment is an Australian healthcare recruitment company currently looking for a confident well-spoken and motivated Virtual Assistant to work closely with the Principal Recruitment Consultant across our allied health desk.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive organised and genuinely enjoys speaking with people. The role has strong potential to evolve over time including additional responsibilities and performance-based bonuses for the right person.
You will be supporting recruitment across Australia primarily working with physiotherapists speech pathologists podiatrists and occupational therapists.

The Role Will Include:
Speaking with candidates over the phone and screening suitability for roles
Bulk emailing and candidate outreach
Writing and sending candidate profiles to clients
Assisting with management of permanent and locum candidates
Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
Formatting CVs
CRM/database management
General recruitment and administration support
Working closely with the Principal Consultant on day-to-day recruitment activities
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Feels confident speaking with candidates and clients over the phone
Is outgoing personable and professional
Can work independently and does not require constant supervision
Takes feedback and guidance well
Is organised reliable and proactive
Has strong attention to detail
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous recruitment sales customer service or virtual assistant experience is highly regarded
