Role Title: Video Editor and Performance Creative Producer

Employment Type: Full-time independent contractor

Salary Range: $800 - $1300 per month (salary offered will depend on experience)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Video Editor and Performance Creative Producer to turn product truth founder perspective and customer content into high-performing videos. You will own video editing and short-form creative production across organic social paid media product pages marketplaces and launch campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Production: Short-form editing for Instagram Reels Stories TikTok Meta ads YouTube Shorts LinkedIn and marketplace video.

• Performance Marketing: Build creative variants focusing on hooks lengths aspect ratios subtitles and calls to action.

• Content Management: Manage creator and UGC repurposing ensuring brand consistency and usage rights compliance.

• Asset System: Maintain a modular system for project files naming conventions templates and version control.

• Performance Loop: Review analytics (hook rate ROAS click-through rate) to influence future creative tests.

Required Technical Skills

• Professional capability in Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.

• Working ability in Adobe After Effects (or similar) for typography and motion graphics.

• Strong command of CapCut for fast-turnaround vertical video workflows.

• Ability to integrate approved AI tools for ideation transcription and production support.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years of relevant editing or creative-production experience.

• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form paid social or premium consumer/fashion work.

• Experience with creator or UGC workflows.
