Location: Project-Based Assignment
Industry: Oil & Gas
- Inspect coating painting and insulation activities for piping and pipeline systems.
- Monitor surface preparation coating application insulation installation and testing activities.
- Conduct coating inspections including DFT WFT holiday testing adhesion testing and environmental checks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications QA/QC requirements and industry standards.
- Inspect pipeline coating systems including 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) coatings.
- Prepare inspection reports NCRs and quality documentation.
- 3-Year Diploma or 4-Year Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Diploma Holders: Minimum 12 years QA/QC experience in Coating Painting & Insulation including 8 years in Oil & Gas.
- Bachelors Degree Holders: Minimum 10 years QA/QC experience in Coating Painting & Insulation including 6 years in Oil & Gas.
- Certified BGAS Grade 2 or NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar inspection role.
- Strong knowledge of coating inspection methods corrosion protection systems and insulation works.
- Familiarity with 3LPE pipeline coating systems is required.
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel and mobilize for international project assignments.
Preferred: Experience in refinery petrochemical EPC or pipeline projects.
