Translation Project Manager

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to completion in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.

• Managing multiple translation and localization projects at any one time from receipt to completion
• Coordinate all project phases and efficiently predict the delivery of those phases to deliver within the best possible deadline
• Working with the Senior Project Managers to assess the clients expectations or specifications
• Select appropriate vendors and negotiate deadlines
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract linguists and proof-readers across multiple locations
• Monitor and control projects status and progress
• Budget and finance management of projects ensuring all work is completed within assigned budget
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Comply with relevant and applicable IQVIA procedures
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the project to ensure effectiveness is maintained

• Bachelors Degree
• 3 years of experience in Linguistics Translation Localization or a related field.
• Experience in clinical or pharmaceutical translation/localization projects: mainly focus on Linguistic Validation eCOA.
• Equivalent combination of education training and experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem- solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
• Good teamwork skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under limited direction
• Strong software and computer skills including MS Office applications
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers managers and clients
