A leading advisory and professional services firm is looking for a Transaction Services Manager to join its growing Deals team. This role offers the opportunity to lead M&A and due diligence engagements while partnering with clients on strategic business decisions and high-value transactions.

We are looking for candidates with strong financial analysis due diligence and client management experience who can thrive in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• Analyze financial performance profitability working capital and cash flow trends
• Identify key transaction risks financial exposures and operational insights
• Review and finalize reports presentations and client deliverables
• Manage engagement timelines budgets and team coordination
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor junior team members and support team development
• Work closely with audit tax valuation and consulting teams
• Assist in business development and client presentations

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy Finance or related discipline
• CPA is an advantage
• 610 years of experience in transaction services due diligence deals advisory or audit
• Strong understanding of M&A processes and financial analysis
• Experience managing teams and client engagements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Big 4 or professional services background preferred
