Training Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Full-time; must have availability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours

Coordinate Training Cohorts: Schedule incoming training groups coordinate trainers and ensure new hires have the necessary access equipment and resources before their start date.
Track Trainee Progress: Maintain accurate records of attendance training completion assessments and overall progress. Identify and flag trainees who may be falling behind.
Maintain Training Materials: Keep training materials assessments guides and related resources accurate and up to date.
Coordinate Trainer Support: Provide trainers and team leads with updated materials schedules and trainee information.
Support Team Lead Training: Help organize and standardize training for newly promoted team leads and facilitate training sessions when needed.
Maintain Training Records: Ensure trainee and training records are complete accurate and properly organized.
Gather Feedback: Collect trainee and trainer feedback and identify opportunities to improve training materials and processes.
Resolve Training Issues: Proactively identify potential issues before training begins and coordinate solutions to minimize delays or disruptions.

2 years of experience coordinating training onboarding or learning programs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple training cohorts simultaneously.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Proficiency with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.
Comfortable facilitating training sessions or presentations when needed.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Ability to work a schedule that overlaps with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
