Traffic Management Designer

Remote Full-Time Starts from PHP 32000/month


The Role
Support critical infrastructure projects by designing safe and effective traffic guidance schemes. As a Traffic Management Designer youll play a key role in helping field teams operate safely across various worksites ensuring every traffic plan meets client standards and regulatory compliance.



About the Client
Our client is a well-established Australian company with operations across traffic control planning civil maintenance and fleet management. They provide end-to-end solutions that support construction infrastructure and public safety across Australia. (Client name withheld for confidentiality.)


  • Design and optimize Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) using RapidPlan
  • Prepare supporting documents such as risk assessments and options analyses
  • Maintain consistent quality and accuracy of traffic plans to avoid client escalations
  • Ensure adherence to local state and national traffic management legislation
  • Meet daily productivity targets (e.g. 2 TGS per day)
  • Coordinate closely with clients for plan clarifications and revisions


Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Traffic Planner or Designer (AU/NZ experience preferred)
  • Skilled in creating traffic management plans traffic control plans and guidance schemes
  • Familiarity with relevant Australian or New Zealand traffic legislation and codes of practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented organized and comfortable working independently
