We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join our team starting in August 2026. • Plan prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons in mathematics up to GCSE level.
• Assess monitor and report on student progress providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and teaching strategies.
• Support students in achieving their academic goals and preparing for examinations.
• Participate in school events parent-teacher meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Uphold the schools values and contribute to its overall mission and vision.

• A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• A recognized teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE QTS or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching mathematics up to GCSE level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with best practices in education.

• Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students.
• Provide individualized support to students who may need additional help.
• Mark and assess student work ensuring timely feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Foster a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
