Opportunity Overview

As a Test Engineer you will work closely with Electro-mechanical assemblers and Test technicians for assembly and FCT processes implementation and issues resolution.

• Accountable for test equipment programs validation and verification upgrade and/or repair.
• Work closely with other engineers and other divisions for process and quality improvements.
• Uses all digital and analog electronic test equipment and test systems to do system failure investigation and debugging.
• Develop containment and corrective actions to assist product quality improvements.
• Guides or assists critical projects that sustain operations
• May assist new product transfers.
• SQA - Supplier Quality Assurance and remote assistance to other OPS site/regions
• Other roles include asset utilization participation in quality improvement initiatives and improvement of the failure investigation process.

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses
• High reasoning skills
• High sense of urgency.
• Capable of interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
• Solid software and hardware troubleshooting skills (e.g. C Visual Basic).
• Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
