Tehnical Development Manager

Work Setup: Full Onsite Dayshift
Location: Mandaluyong

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design implementation and standardization of operational processes across business units to improve consistency efficiency and compliance.
• Manage and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) recipes product specifications and process documentation to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Develop and monitor process controls to uphold product quality food safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Production Quality Assurance Supply Chain and Operations teams to optimize workflows and implement best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process evaluation performance analysis root cause identification and corrective action plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Food Technology Food Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in process standardization BOM management or process control within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing quality management systems food safety standards and operational excellence.
• Proven experience developing SOPs standardizing processes and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to drive operational improvements.
