What youll do

• Perform preventive maintenance servicing and repair work on customer vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical electrical and electronic concerns.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently within established productivity standards.
• Perform quality checks and road tests to ensure repairs meet company and manufacturer requirements.
• Communicate technical findings and repair recommendations to Service Advisors and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed parts used and repair status.
• Ensure proper use and care of workshop tools equipment and diagnostic devices.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards housekeeping requirements and company policies.
• Participate in technical training programs and continuously develop product knowledge and technical skills.

About you

• A graduate of Automotive Technology Automotive Servicing Mechanical Technology or a related technical course.
• With at least 12 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance; dealership experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in automotive mechanical electrical and diagnostic systems.
• Skilled in using workshop tools equipment and computerized diagnostic systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Committed to quality workmanship safety and customer satisfaction.
• Holder of a valid drivers license (preferred).
• Willing to work onsite and render overtime when operationally required.
