Job Summary
Splace BPO is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team on-site. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide first-level technical support performing basic troubleshooting to resolve client software issues and ensure a seamless service experience.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact via multiple channels including phone email and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve common technical issues across the clients platform including mobile applications and web portals using basic troubleshooting steps.
- Escalate complex or unresolved problems to Tier 2 support or engineering teams with complete and accurate documentation.
- Maintain professional client communication and ensure timely updates on the status of their issues.
- Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base and assist in identifying recurring issues to help improve product support resources.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical support or BPO role is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic troubleshooting independently.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
- Willingness to work on-site.
