Technical Product Development Manager

We are hiring a Technical Product Development Manager to oversee the successful commercialization and operational implementation of new food products across commissary and restaurant operations. This role ensures products are technically sound operationally feasible and ready for large-scale execution.

• Lead technical product development and commercialization initiatives.
• Develop standardized recipes technical specifications and operational procedures.
• Manage BOMs and product documentation.
• Coordinate pilot production and validation.
• Collaborate with R&D Operations Procurement QA and Training teams.
• Drive operational process improvements.
• Ensure product consistency and manufacturing readiness.
• Lead technical problem-solving initiatives.
• Supervise technical support personnel.

• Bachelors Degree in Food Technology Food Science Engineering Culinary Management or related discipline.
• 810 years of experience in product development food manufacturing or restaurant operations.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong technical documentation and commercialization experience.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
