Tech Store Operations Lead

Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a Tech Store Operations Lead to manage day-to-day retail operations while leading a dynamic sales team. This role requires strong leadership skills and knowledge of technology products.

• College Level or College Graduate
• Minimum of 24 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in electronics gadgets or computer retail is preferred
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and results-oriented

• Supervise daily operations and store activities
• Lead the sales team in achieving store targets
• Provide excellent customer assistance and product recommendations
• Monitor stock availability and inventory movement
• Handle customer complaints and escalations
• Train team members on sales and product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
• Assist in implementing sales promotions and campaigns
