Tech Lead Software Developer

Work Setup: Monday to Friday Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor one or more software engineering teams providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Design and develop scalable technology solutions while contributing to coding code reviews system architecture and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define technical priorities development roadmaps and release plans.
• Drive Agile practices including sprint planning and backlog refinement while ensuring requirements are clear and development-ready.
• Promote engineering best practices maintain coding standards encourage innovation and continuously improve development processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong backend development experience with Java Golang Scala or similar technologies along with proven technical leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of APIs GitOps version control and Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with supply chain technology logistics systems or related industries is an advantage.
