Job Summary
The Team Lead NZ CMA & Pricing manages end-to-end CMA and pricing operations for New Zealand ensuring accurate accruals timely settlements and process compliance. This role leads a team and drives performance process improvements and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CMA and pricing operations for NZ market
- Review accruals provisions and customer claims
- Ensure timely and accurate customer payments
- Lead coach and develop team members
- Manage stakeholder relationships (commercial finance customers)
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Monitor KPIs SLAs and team productivity
- Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- 58 years experience in CMA pricing or finance ops
- At least 2 years leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling ANZ markets is a plus
