The Role:

Edge Tutor is hiring an experienced Teacher Recruiter who can attract qualified teachers keep candidates engaged and move them through a strict recruitment timeline.

Performance bonus: Typically /month based on candidate pass rates

Location: Work from home

Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

What Youll Do

• Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
• Conduct high-volume interviews and assessments
• Keep candidates engaged prepared and showing up
• Prioritize urgent roles and meet strict hiring deadlines
• Track candidates using an ATS and Google Sheets
• Use AI recording and transcription tools for interviews
• Monitor attendance completion and client pass rates
• Hire for quality—not simply quantity

What Were Looking For

• At least two years of full-cycle or high-volume recruitment experience
• Proven ability to manage candidates and reduce no-shows
• Strong prioritization follow-through and judgment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and Google Sheets
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools
• Strong written and spoken English
• Teacher tutor education or BPO recruitment experience is an advantage
• Your success will be measured by the quality pass rates and readiness of the teachers you recruit.
