Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in high-volume hiring and enjoys working in a fast-paced BPO environment.

This role goes beyond recruitment. Youll work closely with operations build a strong understanding of the business and remain flexible in supporting broader team needs when required.

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across multiple verticals with the flexibility to step in or support related functions when needed
• Meet hiring targets while maintaining strong quality and role alignment
• Partner closely with hiring managers and operations teams on workforce plans and hiring priorities
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across job boards referrals and passive sourcing channels
• Conduct structured screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit and readiness
• Drive a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding
• Track hiring performance and provide insights to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes tools and assessments

• 35 years of recruitment experience ideally within a BPO or high-volume environment
• Proven ability to manage bulk hiring while maintaining quality of hire
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn SEEK and other channels is a plus
• Comfortable working with data and recruitment metrics
• Adaptable proactive and able to work in a fast-moving environment
• Willing to work onsite in the Mall of Asia Complex
