Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This role plays an important part in delivering a seamless recruitment experience supporting both candidates and hiring teams with professionalism and consistency at every step.

Youll support the end-to-end recruitment process and play a key role in ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage scheduling assessments and pre-employment requirements
• Conduct reference checks and support hiring documentation
• Prepare employment contracts with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain recruitment trackers reports and candidate records
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders across the hiring process
• Support talent pooling and pipeline activities

Were open to candidates with experience in recruitment coordination HR administration or strong customer-facing roles with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

• 13 years experience in recruitment HR admin or coordination roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail particularly in documentation and data handling
• Clear professional communication skills
• Confidence working with stakeholders and managing competing schedules
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining trackers or databases
• Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms are a plus
