Sustainable Product Specialist

We are looking for a Project Manager Sustainable Product Compliance to lead sustainability and regulatory compliance projects ensuring Nexperia meets evolving customer industry and ESG requirements.

• Monitor sustainability regulations industry standards and customer requirements.
• Lead compliance projects related to PPWR ESPR Digital Product Passport (DPP) and other sustainability initiatives.
• Translate regulatory requirements into business processes and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage project timelines and risks.
• Represent Nexperia in industry working groups and sustainability initiatives.
• Support customer requests related to sustainability and product compliance.

• Bachelors degree in engineering Environmental Science Sustainability or a related field.
• Experience in sustainability ESG product compliance or regulatory project management.
• Knowledge of circular economy PPWR ESPR DPP and related sustainability regulations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
