Job Summary

If a Support Analyst / Customer Support Representative role becomes available responsibilities may include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email chat phone or ticketing systems in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information troubleshoot issues and resolve concerns efficiently
  • Document customer interactions actions taken and resolutions within internal systems
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership and follow-up
  • Maintain and update customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Meet or exceed service-level agreements (SLAs) productivity targets and quality standards
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes tools or documentation
  • Maintain a customer-focused mindset while balancing speed accuracy and quality

About You

You may be suitable for future Support Analyst opportunities if you:

  • Prior experience in customer service helpdesk or support roles preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable using technology support tools and learning new systems
  • Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
