Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to help ensure efficient procurement inventory control and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supply chain activities including procurement inventory management and logistics.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely replenishment of inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Track orders shipments and deliveries while addressing potential delays.
• Maintain accurate supply chain records reports and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in supply chain logistics procurement or inventory management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant business systems.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
