We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Customer Service Associate (Shared Services) to support daily supply chain operations and customer service activities across assigned markets. The role involves processing sales and purchase orders coordinating shipments monitoring deliveries maintaining master data and preparing shipping documentation to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The successful candidate will collaborate with suppliers manufacturing facilities logistics providers customers and internal departments to maintain efficient supply chain operations and ensure compliance with established procedures and service standards.

• Process sales and purchase orders in SAP or other ERP systems ensuring that order details quantities and delivery requirements are accurate and processed within established timelines.
• Coordinate product phase-in and phase-out activities for assigned markets and customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and material master data and update relevant information as required.
• Support changes in demand and production requirements by coordinating with manufacturing facilities and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor product availability order status and shipment schedules to support continuous supply and minimize fulfillment delays.

• Coordinate with factories suppliers freight forwarders carriers and warehouses to facilitate timely shipment and delivery of goods.
• Monitor end-to-end shipment progress and follow up on outstanding deliveries to ensure on-time and in-full fulfillment.
• Process transportation-related transactions and update shipment information in relevant systems and platforms.
• Respond to inquiries regarding order status shipment schedules deli
