Whatyoullachieve

As aStaffNurseyoulldeliver life-sustaining care to patients with chronic kidney work closely with a multidisciplinary team provide dialysis treatmentsmonitorpatient progress and offer compassionate support that makes a real difference every single day.

You will:

• Develop andmaintainpositive relationships through effective andtimelycommunication with allcustomers;
• Address patient-related issuesin a timely mannerand assessdaily patient care needs and developappropriate patientcareassignments;
• Responsible foraccurateimplementation of treatment prescription including Sodium (Na)modeling prescription and Ultrafiltration modeling (whereappropriate)to ensure stable treatmenttherapy;
• Activelyparticipatein the pre-evaluation initiation termination access homeostasis and post evaluation of patients receiving dialysis treatmenttherapy;
• Implement administer monitor and document patients response to prescribed interdialytic transfusions includingtimelynotification of adverse reactions to the physician and/orappropriate bloodsuppliers;
• Ensure all relevant data including physicians orders lab results vital signs treatmentparametersand patient treatment data are documented and storedappropriately;
• Collaborate and communicate with physicians other members of the healthcare team Technicians Utility staff Cashiers and co-Nurses to interpret adjust and coordinateappropriateand excellent patient care.

Requirements

• Must have a valid PRC RN license
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules andon-call
• Fresh board passers and those without experience are welcome to apply

Desirable Requirements(Preferred but notrequired)

• With active BLS and ACLS
• With HD training
