We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and execution of structural works for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safety quality and compliance while delivering cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Lead and oversee structural design analysis and calculations for assigned projects
- Review and approve structural drawings plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards
- Coordinate with architects MEP engineers contractors and project teams
- Conduct site inspections and monitor structural works progress
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Identify risks and recommend efficient and safe structural solutions
- Assist in project planning scheduling and cost control
- Prepare and submit engineering reports and technical documentation
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC required)
- At least 10 years of experience as a Structural Engineer
- Proven experience in structural design and project execution
- Strong knowledge of structural codes standards and best practices
- Proficient in software such as ETABS STAAD SAP2000 SAFE or similar
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and leadership skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in infrastructure road or highway projects
- Background in consultancy or construction firms
- Exposure to international engineering standards
