Sr. Deal Analyst

The Senior Deal Analyst plays a critical role in supporting complex deal structuring pricing analysis and commercial decision-making. This role partners with sales finance and operations teams to develop competitive and financially sound proposals while ensuring alignment with organizational profitability targets and risk guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling and pricing analysis for complex sales opportunities and strategic deals.
• Develop deal structures that balance competitiveness with financial sustainability.
• Partner with Sales Finance and Delivery teams to validate assumptions and cost structures.
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations during deal reviews and approval processes.
• Review pricing strategies and ensure alignment with market benchmarks and profitability targets.
• Support leadership in evaluating large-scale bids renewals and contract amendments.
• Identify financial risks within deals and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Maintain documentation and deal governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or related field.

• 5 years of experience in commercial finance deal desk or pricing analysis roles.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Experience supporting large or complex enterprise deals.
