Job Title: Specialist Sales

Description: As a Specialist Sales you will drive the growth of Pearsons Higher Education business in the Philippines by building strong strategic partnerships with universities and key institutional stakeholders. This role focuses on expanding the adoption of Pearsons digital learning solutions while delivering measurable revenue outcomes across an assigned territory.

You will engage with educators academic leaders and decision makers to help institutions improve teaching and learning outcomes through innovative solutions. Within the first six months your impact will be reflected in a strong sales pipeline increased product adoption and consistent progress against revenue targets.

The Role

This role exists to grow Pearsons Higher Education presence in the Philippines through direct institutional engagement consultative sales or work in tandem with appointed channel partners to accelerate the adoption of Pearson solutions across the higher education sector. You will work closely with internal teams and partner stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive higher education sales growth across the assigned territory.

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with universities and key institutional stakeholders.

• Build maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline to support revenue targets.

• Apply a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and position relevant Pearson solutions.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the higher education sector.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and appointed channel partners to support customer success.

• Monitor market trends customer needs and competitor activity to support forecasting and business planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.

• 58 years of relevant sales business development or account management experience.

• Strong stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with digital solutions and consultative selling is preferred.

• CRM experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel across the Philippines as required.
