Sourcing Coordinator (BPO Hiring)

• Source qualified candidates through job boards social media platforms talent databases employee referrals and networking channels.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-volume and niche hiring requirements.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify potential candidate pools.
• Generate candidate leads through innovative sourcing strategies and outreach campaigns.

• Perform initial candidate outreach and engagement activities.
• Assess candidate qualifications against job requirements through resume reviews and screening processes.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sourcing journey.
• Promote Crescendos employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates.

• Ensure candidate information is accurately maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track sourcing activity candidate conversion rates and pipeline health metrics.
• Support recruitment projects hiring events virtual career fairs and sourcing campaigns.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidate slates.

• Monitor sourcing performance metrics and provide regular updates to recruitment leadership.
• Analyze sourcing channel effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain sourcing dashboards and recruitment trackers to support workforce planning.

• achelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience preferably within a BPO shared services or high-volume hiring environment.
• Experience sourcing for Customer Service Technical Support Sales Back Office or Corporate roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Strong internet research and candidate identification skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed JobStreet Facebook recruitment marketing or similar sourcing platforms.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and funnel management.
• Experience supporting volume hiring initiatives and hiring events.
• Exposure to employer branding and talent attraction campaigns.

• Consistently delivering qualified candidate pipelines for assigned requisitions.
• Maintaining strong candidate engagement and response rates.
• Achieving sourcing productivity and conversion targets.
• Providing accurate and timely recruitment data and reporting.
• Contributing innovative sourcing ideas that improve hiring outcomes.
