Job Summary
We are seeing an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our AutoServe1 Product Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both middle-tier and back-end development with experience in a range of modern technologies.
The candidate should feel comfortable in researching API integrations and understand the need for flexibility in working with multiple integrations into a single product.
We are a team of developers who often guide product decisions and need to work with multiple Shop Management integrations to function with our Digital Vehicle Inspection product.
We are looking for an individual who has creative problem-solving skills while adhering to practical solutions and processes.
What Youll Do:
Design develop and maintain multiple applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
Identify and fix bugs and assist with system troubleshooting
Help maintain code quality organization documentation and automation
Support and Ensure all SDLC processes are followed
Our team is 100% remote so this developer should be self-motivated communicative and know the balance between troubleshooting themselves and when to reach out for help.
What Youll Need:
3 years of experience in full-stack development using Javascript and Java
Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience with latest Angular framework versions
Solid understanding of Java and Spring Framework for services
Expertise in MongoDB for database management
Experience using VS Code as a development environment
Proficiency with Git for version control
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with Jira for project management
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Nice to have but not required:
Experience with Playwright for testing and automation
Experience with mono repos and tooling like NX
Experience with Gradle build tool
Experience with GraphQL for building APIs
Required Skills:
Must-Have Skills (Core Requirements) AI & Automation: Advanced daily use of AI tools (Claude Perplexity ChatGPT etc.) and strong prompt engineering skills. ABM Platforms: Hands-on experience with Marketo (or equivalent MAP) and CRM sequencing tools like D365 Marketing. Sourcing Tools: Proficiency with contact sourcing tools such as or equivalent. B2B Strategy: Strong understanding of ABM strategies (1:1 1:few 1:many) and long-cycle B2B sales cycles. Experience: 2 years in B2B marketing demand generation SDR or account research. Non-Negotiables Technology Stack: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams Outlook SharePoint Excel Power BI) is required; candidates without this experience will not be considered. AI Fluency: Must demonstrate hands-on professional AI usage (not theoretical) and reach Claude AI automation capability within 60 days. Active AI Use: Must actively use the specified AI stack (Claude ChatGPT Copilot Gemini NotebookLM Perplexity). Availability: Must be able to meet either the full US hours or the mandatory 8:00am10:00am PST overlap Nice to Have Intent Data Tools: Experience with 6Sense Demandbase or Bombora. Advanced Automation: Experience with Clay Apollo Power Automate or Python. Industry Experience: Exposure to the utilities or energy industry. Background: Previous experience as an SDR or in a sales-focused role.
