The Social Media Officer is responsible for managing the companys social media platforms creating engaging content and driving brand awareness and audience engagement.
Develop and execute social media content plans and calendars
Create schedule and publish content across platforms
Monitor engagement messages and comments
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for campaigns
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
Experience in social media management and content creation
Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
Strong creativity communication and writing skills
Basic knowledge of graphic design or editing tools is an advantage
